1. Prior to entering all participants must sign-in, please print clearly:

2. Proper identification is required.
   
3. Only cash bids are acceptable. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. SALES ARE “AS IS”.
   
4. During the sale ,participants will not be permitted to walk around the yard. You must stay with the group of auction vehicles.
   
5. NO STARTING OF VEHICLES PERMITTED

              7.   If you have won a bid, you will be notified. Once you have been notified, you have 7  
                    buisness days to pay and remove your vehicle
